Gyros Meat with Lettuce and Olive Salad
Peel the cucumber, cut in half lengthwise, remove seeds with a spoon and grate. Sprinkle the grated cucumber with a little salt and let drain in a colander. Squeeze the grated cucumber well. Mix the quark with yogurt, lemon juice and the grated cucumber. Peel the garlic, squeeze and mix into the quark mixture. Season with salt and pepper.
Rinse the tomatoes and cut into slices. Rinse the oakleaf lettuce, brush, trim the stalk and cut into bite-sized pieces. Peel and slice the onion. Serve the lettuce with the olives and onion on plates. Drizzle with olive oil and vinegar.
Fry the gyros meat in a nonstick skillet for 4-5 minutes. Serve the fried gyros meat with lettuce salad.
