150 grams fatty Smoked bacon (in thicker slices)
1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 onion
3 Tbsps sunflower oil
3 Tbsps Fruit Vinegar
salt
1 tsp Mustard
1 pinch sugar
peppers (freshly ground)
4 Tbsps Pumpkin seed

Preparation steps

1.

Rip the lettuce into leaves and rinse. Spin dry and cut into narrow strips.

2.

Cut the bacon into small cubes and fry slowly in a pan. Deglaze with the balsamic vinegar and remove from the heat. Peel the onion and cut into small cubes.

3.

Mix the vinegar with the mustard, salt, pepper, and sugar. Stir in the oil to taste.

4.

Mix the onion with the fried bacon and dressing. Toss with the lettuce and pumpkin seeds. Serve as desired.
