Bacon and Lettuce Tortilla Wraps

Fry the bacon in a pan without any fat until crisp. Pat dry with kitchen paper.
Mix together the salad creme, sour cream and the mustard and season with salt, ground black pepper and lemon juice.
Heat the tortillas in a hot pan and spread with the salad creme. Top with the lettuce and add the bacon and tomatoes. Roll up the wraps, halve diagonally and serve.
