Preparation steps

Clean lamb's lettuce, wash and shake dry. Remove the avocado flesh from the skin with a spoon and cut into small pieces.

Cut papaya pulp into small pieces. Wash parsley, shake dry and chop finely.

Put 14 ounces of water, lamb's lettuce, avocado, papaya, parsley, and lime juice in a blender. Blend everything together very finely and pour the smoothie into 4 glasses.
