2 soft Pear
5 tsps almonds
¾ oz Dried dates (without pits)
2 Tbsps tender Oats
2 Tbsps Lime juice

Preparation steps

1.

Clean, wash and shake dry lamb's lettuce. Clean, wash, core and cut pears into small cubes.

2.

Put 10 ounces water, almonds, dates, pears, lamb's lettuce, 1-1⁄2 tablespoons oat flakes, and lime juice into a blender. Finely puree everything together.

3.

Pour the smoothie into 4 glasses, sprinkle with remaining oat flakes and serve.
