Preparation steps

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C convection.

Whisk butter with powdered sugar, salt and cardamom until creamy. Gradually add eggs and whisk well. Add flour, 125 grams (approximately 4 1/2 ounces) of coconut and cocoa powder. Mix well and add more flour, if needed, to make soft and malleable mixture.

Pour batter into a piping bag with a smooth medium tip and pipe about 2 cm mounds (approximately 3/4 inch) onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Sprinkle with remaining coconut and bake in preheated oven at 180°C (approximately 350°F) for about 10-12 minutes. Remove from the oven, cool and serve.
