- 1 Tbsp honey
- mineral water (to fill)

Preparation steps

Peel the kiwis. Cut one thin slice from one of the kiwis, then puree the remaining pulp with the honey.

Finely chop 2 leaves of mint. Mix the carbonated water into the kiwi puree and stir until combined. Garnish with the kiwi slice and the mint, and serve immediately.
