Preparation steps

1.

Cover the tea leaves with 400 ml (approximately 13 ounces) of boiling water. Let steep for 2-3 minutes, then pass through a fine strainer into a bowl.

Peel and chop 6 kiwis. Puree the kiwis, tea, lime juice, honey, and whey in a blender.

3.

Peel and thinly slice the remaining kiwi. Pour the drink into 4 glasses, garnish with the kiwi slices, and serve.
