150 grams Yogurt (0.1% fat)
200 milliliters mineral water

Preparation steps

1.

Boil the sugar and water, remove from heat, let cool slightly, then refrigerate and allow to cool completely.

2.

Peel, core and cut up the flesh of the cantaloupe.

3.

Peel 3 kiwis, cut into pieces and mash together with the melon flesh, chilled syrup and yogurt. Pour the mixture into a shallow dish and freeze for about 4 hours, stirring occasionally.

4.

Peel the remaining kiwi, mash and mix with the mineral water.

5.

Place a scoop of melon-kiwi frozen yogurt in large glasses, top with the kiwi juice and serve immediately.
