- 4 Kiwi (peeled and sliced)
- 1 ⅓ cups Pineapple (diced)
- 1 Cucumber (sliced)
- 1 stalk Celery (with leaves, roughly chopped, reserving some leaves for garnish)
- 2 sprigs Dill
- Ice (to serve)
- Sparkling mineral water for topping up (sparkling)

Preparation steps
1.
Put all the ingredients in a mixer and blend to a fine purée.
2.
Pour into glasses, add 2-3 ice cubes to each glass and top up with mineral water. Garnished with the reserved celery leaves.
