Kiwi and Cress Drink with Sparkling Wine

- 6 Kiwi
- 1 bunch Cress
- 1 tsp honey
- ½ organic lemon (juice)
- 600 milliliters Sparkling wine (medium-dry)
- 6 Tbsps Crushed ice
Peel, halve and thinly slice kiwis. Set aside a few slices for garnish. Cut cress. In a blender, puree kiwi with cress, honey, lemon juice, sparkling wine and crushed ice.
Pour into glasses and serve garnished with cress and kiwi slices.
