¼ cup button Mushrooms (chopped)
¼ cup carrots (chopped)
¼ cup baby Cucumber (sliced thick)
¼ cup red peppers (chopped)
¼ cup Grape tomato
¼ cup mixed greens (lettuce)

In a one pint jar, pour in 2 tablespoons vinaigrette. Add chicken and mushrooms. Next, add carrots, cucumbers, red peppers and tomatoes. Lastly top with greens and cover tightly. Keep cold until ready to eat.
