2 shallots

2 Tbsps White vinegar
3 Tbsps olive oil

Preparation steps

Blanch the tomatoes in boiling water, then remove. Peel and quarter the tomatoes, then remove the core and finely dice. Peel and finely chop the shallots and garlic. Rinse and dry the basil, then halve the leaves lengthwise.

Mix the tomatoes, shallots, garlic, oil, and vinegar. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve in a bowl with toasted white bread.
