1 small, red onion
1 garlic clove
1 Tbsp Lime juice
2 Tbsps White vinegar
4 Tbsps olive oil
1 pinch brown sugar

Preparation steps

Rinse and halve the tomatoes. Remove the core and finely dice. Rinse and halve the pepper. Remove the seeds and membranes and finely dice. Rinse the chili, halve lengthwise, remove the seeds, and finely dice. Peel and finely dice the onion and garlic. Mix all the prepared ingredients in a bowl. Mix in the lime juice, vinegar, olive oil, and sugar. Season to taste with salt and pepper, and mix in the parsley.
