For the tomato salsa
12 Tomatoes
50 grams sun-dried Tomatoes (in oil)
4 scallions
1 green chili pepper
2 garlic cloves
50 milliliters olive oil
lemon juice
1 pinch sugar
Sea salt
cayenne pepper
½ bunch Basil

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse and quarter the tomatoes. Remove the core and finely dice. Finely dice the sun-dried tomatoes. Rinse, trim and thinly slice the scallions. Rinse and halve the chili. Remove the seeds and finely dice. Peel and finely dice the garlic.

Mix all the prepared ingredients with the olive oil. Season to taste with lemon juice, sugar, sea salt, and cayenne pepper. Mix in the basil, and let infuse for 15 minutes. Adjust the seasoning, if necessary, and serve with white bread if you'd like.
