- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 Red chili pepper
- 2 dried Peperoncini
- 2 Tbsps olive oil
- 500 grams waxy potatoes
- 4 Tomatoes
- salt
- 200 grams King prawn (ready to cook, deveined and peeled)
- 400 grams fish fillets (such as cod)
- 400 grams mussels

Preparation steps

Peel garlic and chop finely. Rinse and halve chile pepper, remove seeds and ribs and chop finely. Crumble peperoncini. Heat oil in a saucepan and saute garlic, chile pepper and pepperoncini for about 1-2 minutes.

Peel and rinse potatoes, cut into pieces. Rinse tomatoes and cut out stalks, cut into pieces. Add both to the pan together with 1 liter of water (approximately 4 cups). Season with salt and simmer for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Rinse shrimp, fish and clean mussels. Add fish and shrimp to the soup.

Add mussels and reduce temperature, simmer for about 10 minutes. Season to taste and serve.
