- 300 grams waxy potatoes
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 yellow onion
- 500 grams mixed Ground meat
- 2 Tbsps vegetable oil
- 200 grams crushed Tomatoes
- 200 milliliters Broth
- 200 grams green Peas (frozen)
- ¼ tsp Garam Masala
- 1 tsp ground Cumin
- salt
- sugar
- freshly ground peppers
- 1 tsp freshly grated ginger

Preparation steps
1.
Rinse the potatoes and cut into 1.5 cm (approximately 1/2 inch) cubes. Peel the garlic and onion and chop finely. Sauté together with the ground meat in a pan with hot oil, add the crushed tomatoes, broth and potatoes and simmer for about 30 minutes.

During the last 5 minutes of cooking, add the peas. Season with garam masala, cumin, salt, sugar, pepper and ginger and serve in bowls.
