Ingredients
1 metal bowl (about 3 liter capacity)
1 metal bowl (about 1-1,5 liter capacity)
Poinsettia flower
Ice cubes

Preparation steps

1.

Distribute some flowers on the bottom and around the edge of the larger bowl. Make sure they are not touching and then weigh down the bottom with ice cubes.

2.

Stand the smaller bowl inside the larger bowl (on top of the ice cubes) and pour cold water in the space in between until it reaches about 4-5 cm high around the sides (approximately 1 1/2 inch).

3.

Make sure that the small bowl remains in the center of the large bowl. If necessary, weigh down the smaller bowl with a few stones and fix the distance between the rims by inserting crumpled paper. Freeze the bowls for at least 5 hours.

4.

Remove the paper and, if desired, place a few petals on the rim. Fill to just under the rim with water and freeze again overnight.

5.

Remove the stones from the inner bowl and heat with a warm damp cloth to loosen it from the ice.

6.

Submerge the outer bowl briefly in hot water and loosen the ice bowl from the large bowl.

7.

Place a candle in the center and place the ice bowl on the garden table.
