8 Tbsps honey

Preparation steps

1.

With a sharp knife, remove peel and pith from grapefruits. Cut a cylinder-shaped section out of the top of each grapefruit.

2.

Stuff grapefruit cavities with raisins and spices and drizzle with honey. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (approximately 350°F), about 15 minutes.
