Preparation steps

1.

Rinse and trim the chilis, then finely dice. Peel and finely dice the garlic. Bring the chilis, garlic, vinegar, honey, and 200 ml (approximately 7 ounces) of water to a boil.

Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 40 minutes, stirring occasionally. Season to taste with lemon juice.
