1 pinch Gingerbread spice (or cinnamon and cloves )
1 tsp honey
1 chocolate-coated Ginger cookie (optional)

1 Tablespoon, 1 Cutting board, 1 Large knife, 1 Small knife, 1 Measuring cups, 1 Small pot, 1 Teaspoon, 1 Immersion blender

Preparation steps

Finely chop the almonds with a large knife. Pit date and finely chop.

In a small pot, combine almonds, dates, milk and gingerbread spice; heat until warm. Let stand 5 minutes off the heat.

Add honey and puree with an immersion blender until completely smooth. Pour into a tall glass and serve with ginger cookie if desired.
