1 Vanilla bean
1 Tbsp honey
1 Tbsp Hazelnut butter
1 tsp Hazelnut syrup
1 Vanilla bean (for garnish)

Preparation steps

Pour the milk into a small saucepan. Slice the vanilla bean in half lengthwise, scrape out the seeds and add the seeds and pod to the milk. Heat the milk for about 10 minutes, do not boil. Remove from heat, cover and let steep for about 10 minutes. 

2.

Remove the vanilla bean pod from the milk, return to the stove and stir in the honey, hazelnut butter and hazelnut syrup. Mix with an immersion blender until frothy, pour into 2 serving glasses and garnish each with half of the vanilla bean pod.
