Ingredients

For the drink
400 milliliters milk
100 grams Whipped cream
1 tsp cornstarch
2 Tbsps cocoa powder (70% or 6-8 corners chopped dark chocolate)
2 Tbsps brown sugar
1 pinch cinnamon (cardamom, ginger and clove)
To serve
2 Tbsps Whipped cream (beaten semi-stiff)

Preparation steps

1.

For the drink, heat the milk and mix up to 3 tablespoons with the spices and cream. Stir in the cornstarch, sugar and remaining milk and mix until smooth. Stir in the cocoa (or melt the chocolate pieces into the hot milk while stirring).

To serve, bring to a boil briefly while stirring and then pour into cups.

Serve topped with cream.
