Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the herbs, dry, and finely chop 2/3. Stir with the cream cheese and lemon juice until smooth. Season with salt and pepper, and arrange on a plate.

Slice the bread into strips, and cook until golden brown in a hot pan. Remove from the pan, let cool, and serve with the cheese. Garnish with the remaining herbs, and drizzle with olive oil. Top with freshly crack black pepper.
