Preparation steps
1.
For the herb dip, remove the crust from the bread and dice. Peel and coarsely chop the garlic. Rinse and dry the herbs, and coarsely chop.
2.
Place the toasted bread with the garlic, herbs, vinegar, and olive oil in a blender. Coarsely chop until well combined. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Transfer to a bowl and cover. Refrigerate until ready to use.
