- 3 Tbsps chopped Fresh herbs (as needed)
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tsps Mustard
- salt
- peppers (freshly ground)
- sugar
- 150 grams Whipped cream

Preparation steps

Peel the eggs. Crush the yolks with the garlic. Add 6 tablespoons of oil and chopped herbs.

Season with lemon juice, mustard, and sugar. Season with salt and pepper. Finally, add the chopped egg whites and sour cream. Stir until combined.
