100 grams mixed Fresh herbs (such as rosemary, thyme, basil, lemon balm, dill, parsley)
½ tsp peppercorns
½ tsp Juniper berries
1 bay leaf
150 milliliters white balsamic vinegar

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the herbs and pat dry. Remove the leaves from the stems and coarsely chop. Add the herbs, peppercorns, juniper berries, and bay leaf into a prepared jar. Cover with the vinegar, then seal tightly. PLace in a dark, cool place for 1 week to infuse.

Pass through a strainer into a clean jar or bottle. Seal tightly, and store in a cool place.
