3 Sage
1 sprig thyme
2 leaves red Basil
1 Pansy
1 Marigold
1 Nasturtium
2 tsps white peppers
2 tsps Juniper berries
¾ l White vinegar

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the herbs and flowers, pat dry and mix with the spices in a clean bottle.

2.

Cover with the vinegar, seal the lid and leave to infuse for 2 weeks before use.
