- Fresh herbs
- 1 sprig rosemary
- Dill
- 3 Sage
- 1 sprig thyme
- 2 leaves red Basil
- 1 Pansy
- 1 Marigold
- 1 Nasturtium
- 2 tsps white peppers
- 2 tsps Juniper berries
- ¾ l White vinegar
Preparation steps

Rinse the herbs and flowers, pat dry and mix with the spices in a clean bottle.

Cover with the vinegar, seal the lid and leave to infuse for 2 weeks before use.
