- 250 grams Mayonnaise
- 5 Tbsps mixed Fresh herbs (such as parsley, chives, chervil, sorrel, watercress, tarragon, basil)
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- salt
- peppers
Preparation steps
1.
Place the mayonnaise in a bowl.
Rinse the herbs, shake dry and chop very finely. Peel and crush the garlic.
2.
Mix the mayonnaise with the herbs and lemon juice and season to taste with salt and pepper.
Serve in a small bowl.
