- ¼ tsp mustard powder
- 1 Tbsp White vinegar (or fresh lemon juice)
- 250 milliliters vegetable oil
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- honey (to taste)
Preparation steps

Blend the egg with the mustard and vinegar in a food processor or with an immersion blender. With the mixer running, gradually incorporate the oil in a thin stream until combined.

Mix until the mayonnaise is nice and thick. Season to taste with salt, pepper, and honey.
