- 600 grams Lobster meat (cooked)
- 1 Tbsp pickled ginger
- 100 grams Mayonnaise
- 3 Tbsps Yogurt (0.1% fat)
- 1 Tbsp Orange juice
- Worcestershire sauce
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- Red pepper flakes
- 4 Tbsps lingonberry (from a jar)
- Cress (for garnish)

Preparation steps
1.
Cut the lobster meat into small cubes. Drain the ginger and cut into strips.
2.
Mix the mayonnaise with the yogurt, orange juice, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper and red pepper. Stir in the lobster, ginger and berries (up to 1 tablespoon) and pour all into a bowl. Garnish with the remaining berries and the cress.
3.
Goes well with a wholemeal roll.
