Preparation steps

1.
Wash the sprouts and drain in a sieve. Put the herbs into a blender with the kefir, lemon juice, honey and a little salt and puree finely. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Pour into two glasses, garnish with the sprouts and serve at once.
