1 Cucumber (peeled, deseeded and chopped)
1 handful Fresh herbs (e. g. dill, chervil, mint and parsley, leaves picked)
1 ¾ cups Yogurt
1 ⅔ cups Kefir
1 tsp honey
1 tsp lemon juice

Preparation steps

Put the cucumber, herbs, yoghurt, kefir, honey and lemon juice in a mixer.

Blend until smooth, season to taste with salt and ground black pepper, pour into glasses and serve.
