- 1 Cucumber (peeled, deseeded and chopped)
- 1 handful Fresh herbs (e. g. dill, chervil, mint and parsley, leaves picked)
- 1 ¾ cups Yogurt
- 1 ⅔ cups Kefir
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 tsp lemon juice
Preparation steps
1.
Put the cucumber, herbs, yoghurt, kefir, honey and lemon juice in a mixer.

Blend until smooth, season to taste with salt and ground black pepper, pour into glasses and serve.
