Preparation steps

1.

Clean, wash and slice cucumber; set aside some for garnish.

2.

Wash cilantro, shake dry, pluck off leaves and chop coarsely. Put cucumber and cilantro together with kefir in a stand mixer and puree finely.

3.

Season smoothie with salt and pepper, divide among 4 glasses and serve garnished with the cucumber slices set aside.
