- For the grilled chicken
- 4 Chicken breasts (about 800 g)
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 2 Tbsps vegetable oil
- ½ tsp paprika
- For the tomato salsa
- 3 ⅓ cups Tomatoes
- 1 small Cucumber (300 g)
- 1 Red onion
- 2 stalks fresh cilantro
- 2 Tbsps sweet Chili sauce (from Asian supermarket)

Preparation steps
1.
Oil chicken breasts, spice them with salt, pepper and paprika, put oil on the tray and grill for 3-4 minutes on each side. The grill shouldn’t be too hot.
2.
Clean and slice tomatoes. Clean cucumbers and cut into halves, remove the seeds and slice them as well.
3.
Peel onions and slice them. Mix tomatoes, cucumbers, onions, coriander, and chilli sauce and add salt and pepper.
4.
Place grilled chicken breast fillets and the tomato salsa on the plates and serve with a slice of lime.
