- 4 Chicken breasts (each about 150 g)
- 5 Tbsps olive oil
- salt
- 2 Avocados
- 4 scallions
- 1 organic Orange
- 1 red chili pepper
- 1 tsp honey
- 2 stems cilantro
Preparation steps

Rinse and dry the chicken, then brush wtih 2 tablespoons of oil. Cook on the grill for 6-8 minutes (rotating the chicken once on each side to form nice grill marks). Season to taste with salt.

For the salsa, peel and halve the avocados. Remove the seeds and dice small. Rinse, trim, and slice the scallions. Zest the orange, and squeeze the juice. Rinse, trim, and chop the chili. Mix the chili, orange juice, orange zest, and honey. Mix in the avocado and scallion. Rinse and dry the cilantro, then remove the leaves and coarsely chop. Mix into the salsa, and season to taste with salt. Serve the chicken with the salsa.
