Preparation steps
1.
Heat the oven to 200°C (180° fan) 400°F gas 6. Grease a baking tray.
2.
Cut small slices 3/4 of the way through each potato and place on the baking tray.
3.
Brush with oil and sprinkle with salt and thyme.
4.
Bake for 40-45 minutes, until cooked through. Garnish with thyme and chives.
