Preparation steps

Peel the papaya, cut in half lengthwise, scoop out the seeds and slice into 8 wedges.

Cut the sliced ham into 32 strips. Wrap 4 strips of ham around each wedge of papaya and secure closed with a toothpick. Place on a large platter and serve.
