20 shrimp (raw, shelled)
10 slices ham (thin, raw, without fat)
2 tsps lemon juice
salt
peppers
2 Tbsps olive oil

Preparation steps

Cut ham slices crosswise, in half.

Rinse shrimp and blot dry. Season with salt, pepper and sprinkle with lemon juice. Roll a slice of ham around each shrimp. Lightly grease ovenproof dish with olive oil. Place rolled shrimp with overlapping sides down and drizzle remaining oil over them. Cook in a preheated oven at 220°C (approximately 425°F) for about 6 minutes. Remove from oven. Place a wooden skewer through each, arrange decoratively on a plate and serve.
