Preparation steps
1.
Rinse the peaches, pat dry, cut in half, remove the pits and cut into thin columns. Halve the melon, remove the seeds, cut into wedges and detach from the shell.

Arrange the peach and melon wedges decoratively on a plate along with the ham.
Serve seasoned with coarsely ground pepper.
