Ham Wrapped Asparagus
Rinse the asparagus and trim the stem ends. In a pot of salted water, boil the asparagus with lemon juice for about 5-8 minutes, or until very al dente.
Cut the asparagus in half and wrap with a slice of ham. As an option, you can thread asparagus onto a wooden skewer.
Sauté in butter until ham is golden brown.
Place two on a plate, and garnish with parsley.
Serve with fresh white bread as an appetizer.
