½ cup cream cheese
½ cup Yogurt
1 unwaxed Orange (zest and juice)
1 tsp honey
1 tsp Curry powder
1 pinch Saffron
2 Tbsps rapeseed oil
3 ½ cups carrots (cut into 1/2 cm slices on the diagonal)
cup Kumquat (sliced)
1 Radicchio (torn into small pieces)
2 handfuls Watercress
1.333 cups boiled ham (sliced and cut into strips)

Preparation steps

Mix together the cream cheese, yoghurt, a little orange zest, the honey, curry powder and a pinch of saffron, and season to taste with salt and ground black pepper.

Heat the oil and fry the carrots. Add the orange juice and remaining zest (reserving a little for garnish if desired) and braise the carrots for 5-8 minutes until they are cooked but still have a slight bite. Stir in the kumquats for the last 2-3 minutes. Remove from the heat and leave to cool slightly.
3.
Arrange the radicchio, watercress and ham on plates. Add the carrots and kumquats and serve with the dip, garnished with orange zest.
