- 350 grams small button Mushroom
- 2 tsps lemon juice
- 200 grams cooked ham
- 2 Tbsps Mayonnaise
- 4 Tbsps Whipped cream
- 1 Tbsp Wine vinegar
- salt (and sugar)
- ½ Endive
- cayenne pepper
Preparation steps
1.
Trim mushrooms, cut in half and sprinkle with lemon juice. Trim fat from ham, dice finely and mix with the mushrooms. Mix mayonnaise with cream and vinegar, stir into the ham and mushrooms and season with salt and sugar to taste. Trim curly endive leaves, rinse, pat dry, arrange on a platter and top with the ham and mushroom salad.

Sprinkle with cayenne pepper.
