14 ozs sushi grade Halibut (or cod)
1 whole Lime (juiced)
2 scallions
1 Red chili pepper
1 sprig Dill
4 Tbsps olive oil
freshly ground peppers
smoked Sea salt

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the fish, pat dry and cut into thin slices. Arrange on plates or a large serving platter, drizzle with the lime juice, wrap with plastic wrap and refrigerate for about 15 minutes.  

2.

Meanwhile, rinse the scallions and slice diagonally. Rinse the chilli pepper and cut into thin rings. Rinse the dill, pat dry and remove the fronds. 

3.

Remove the fish from the refrigerator and distribute the scallions, chilli pepper and dill over it. Drizzle with olive oil, season with salt and pepper and serve.
