2 fresh, green chili peppers
2 ripe Avocados
2 Tomatoes
2 Limes
½ bunch fresh cilantro

Preparation steps

1.

Peel and finely dice the onion. Rinse the chilis and halve lengthwise. Remove the seeds and finely dice.

Blanch the tomatoes in boiling water. Remove the tomatoes from the water and peel. Cut into quarters, remove the core, and finely dice. Peel the avocados and halve lengthwise. Remove the seeds, and finely dice the pulp. Halve the lime and squeeze the juice. Rinse the cilantro, pat dry, and finely chop the leaves. Mash the avocado with the lime juice and the cilantro. Mix in the tomatoes, onion, and chilis and stir until combined. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

Serve guacamole with the tortilla chips.
