1 small, green chili pepper
½ handful cilantro
2 Avocados
1 Lime (juiced)
4 Tbsps Crème fraiche

Preparation steps

Rinse the chili and halve lengthwise. Remove the seeds and finely dice. Rinse the cilantro, and set some sprigs aside for garnish. Finely chop the remaining cilantro. Halve the avocados and remove the seeds. Remove the pulp from the shell. Puree the avocado with the lime juice and crème fraîche. Mix the chili and chopped cilantro into the puree, then season to taste with salt and pepper. Transfer the guacamole to a bowl, and garnish with the remaining cilantro and some black pepper.

Serve the guacamole with grilled flatbread on the side.
