1 White roll (day-old)
2 small onions
2 sprigs parsley
800 grams mixed Ground meat
1 egg
1 tsp hot Mustard
salt
freshly ground peppers
3 Tbsps vegetable oil
1 Tbsp butter

Preparation steps

Soak roll in lukewarm water, then squeeze to remove liquid. Peel and finely chop onions. Rinse parsley, shake dry and finely chop leaves. In a bowl, combine ground meat, egg, mustard and onions. Season with salt and pepper. Add bun and parsley and mix well. Shape mixture into 8 patties.

In a frying pan, fry patties in hot oil until browned, 1-2 minutes per side. Reduce heat and add butter. Cook meatballs 4-5 minutes more, basting with butter and turning several times.

Drain patties on paper towels and serve.
