300 grams frozen Puff pastry dough
1 onion
2 Tbsps butter
50 grams Smoked bacon
400 grams mixed Ground meat
2 Tomatoes
1 tsp Tomato paste
salt
freshly ground peppers
2 Tbsps Pastry flour
3 eggs
¼ l Whipped cream
250 grams grated Emmentaler cheese

Preparation steps

Thaw the puff pastry.

Peel the onion, finely chop and sauté in butter. Cut the bacon into cubes and cook.

Add the ground meat and cook until crumbly, stirring.

Blanch the tomatoes, rinse with cold water, peel, quarter, core and finely dice.

Add the tomato paste to the ground meat mixture, season with salt and pepper and cook briefly. Set aside and let cool.

Roll out the puff pastry and line the base of a (24 cm) (approximately 9 inch) diameter springform pan. Press dough up the sides.

Preheat the oven to 200°C (approximately 350°F) top and bottom heat.

Spoon the meat mixture into the crust. Sprinkle with 1/3 of the cheese.

Mix the flour with the eggs. Drizzle with a little cream and fold in the remaining cheese. Season with salt and pepper and pour over the meat. Bake in preheated oven until golden brown, about 35 minutes.
