- 600 grams mixed Ground meat
- 1 onion
- 40 grams butter
- 100 grams day-old white bread
- ½ bunch flat-leaf parsley
- 2 eggs
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 1 tsp hot Mustard
- 4 Tbsps Corn oil
Preparation steps

Place the meat in a bowl. Peel and finely chop. Sauté onion in 20 g (1 1/2 tbsp) butter.

Soak bread in lukewarm water. Chop parsley.

To the meat, add cooked onions, bread (squeezed to remove water), chopped parsley, eggs, 1/2 teaspoon salt, pepper to taste and mustard. Mix thoroughly with your hands.
4.
With moistened hands, shape round, but not very thick patties. Place on a moistened work surface.
5.
Heat oil and remaining butter in a large pan (or two smaller pans) Fry meat patties over medium heat, 4-6 minutes per side.
