Ingredients

Preparation steps

Rinse the shrimp and pat dry. Peel the pineapple, remove the hard stalk and cut the flesh into bite-size pieces. Alternate pineapple with the shrimp on 12 wooden skewers. Peel and press the garlic. Stir in the lime juice, fish sauce, the oil and the sugar. Baste the skewers and rest covered in the refrigerator about 20 minutes.

Then cook on a hot grill on both sides for 4-5 minutes.

Serve with a sweet-spicy chile sauce to taste.
